What is your shipping policy for online orders?
RUSSH seeks to provide the best possible service to its customers.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please allow 5-14 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the amount of your order. Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned to us. For a price estimate and tracking please contact us.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your account within two to three business days.
What is your returns policy for online orders?
Refunds will be provided at any time if an item is faulty or or is significantly different to that shown or described to you.
To return something you must first tell us. We we will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
