Lynch ... As Hitchcock, he is bringing you far into the human psyche but for me Lynch is going even further ... With Lynch, it’s not a story about human pathology like Hitchcock is doing (Spellbound or Psycho) here you are simply a witness, it’s more about going inside a person’s unconscious and facing his fears, desire, regrets, to finally confront it to the reality. I love the way he makes you dive into a person ... Plus I love the images.
