Last Days of Winter
It seems the winter chill is sticking around for awhile. We asked Lyndall Mitchell, Director of Aurora Spa Retreat, to give us some rituals to get us through the rest of the cold weeks.
1. To relax yourself in the morning: in the shower take some of your favourite body cleanser between your palms. Close your eyes and take two deep breaths down into your belly. As you are breathing in, inhale the aroma of your body cleanser. Think of somewhere you feel peaceful. If you are feeling stressed throughout the day think back to this aroma and peace.
2. At home spa: find a time without distractions. light the Relax Soy Candle. Add the Lavender Bliss & Buff Bath Soak to a warm bath. If you have a winter cold rub some Rosemary & Clove Thermal Balm on your chest before sleep to clear the respiratory system and assist with breathing.
