I first met Jamie back when I started modelling. In fact, I worked with him on one of my first ever jobs! He’s part of Dior’s exclusive International Pro Team, which sees his travel the globe to do shoots, attend events and make-up countless celebrities and models. By chance I found out he was in Sydney and I was lucky enough to get a few hours of his time. Here, he tells me about working with Dior and lets me in on his wealth of insider knowledge…

How long have you been working with Dior?
About 13-14 years now, four years of which has been with the International Pro Team.

What’s your all-time favourite Dior product?
The foundation brush. It has such fine bristles that I use it for powder as well as  foundation.

Best tip for flying long-haul?
Don’t drink alcohol on the plane! Instead, keep skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Current beauty muse?
It has to be Kate (Moss).

Dior epitomises French beauty, how does this translate to an Australian market?
Dior places emphasis on looking beautiful, therefore this can translate to any market regardless of climate or trends. You wear the beauty instead of it wearing you. And bare, luminous skin is the key… something which is universally beautiful, especially when creating a beachy look.
